It was one of two that came off a dealership that was undergoing renovation. One was approximately 15ft and this one is just over 30ft.
They were both rescued from the dumpster.

Im lobbying my neighbor to sell his house to me so i can build a garage + guest house!

I see you have the same floor sealant as me. I had it installed about a month ago, and the smell is STILL very strong. I've been keeping the doors open as much as possible to try to air it out. But it's just taking forever. Do you happen to recall how long it was before the smell went away after installation of yours??

Had a strong chemical smell during application, but only lasted a day or two while drying. There is no noticable smell anymore.
