Hi, guys!
Have a yellow 2003 baby for a year and took it for a trackday - I'm absolutely in love with it now!) The car has the same speed with 2016 GT4.. No one expected it at all.
Now the car is 100% original with no mods, but since I want to drive it on the track again I should make it faster a bit, my plan is:
- light r18 wheels (maybe HRE P40?)
- light battery
- light rotors front&rear

What else should I be looking for to make it faster?

upgrade the LSD, it's shot by now.
rear toe links
engine / tranny mounts
wing
alignment
pads
upgrade springs / shocks [get the stock stuff revalved or just get new stuff]
seats / harnesses

All of that will almost certainly get you a couple seconds per lap (maybe more).

Light stuff has a diminishing return for the $$ IMO.

thank you for your advices, let's go step by step:
1) lsd: car cas only 20k on the clock and wasn't tracked properly before me - it feels like lsd is working now..
2) mounts: should I just replace them with oem stuff?
3) original shocks: does anybody know where I can get a kit to revalve oem Bilstein shocks? My suspension guy says they don't sell it%(
4) rotors: Giro-disc looks nice and have good price, but what about the quality?
Are they fine or should I go with Brembo or Alcon?
5) which are the lightest and strongest r18 wheels?
6) LWFW: it's a Club Sport version, so there's a single mass FW already

Check the caster bushings as well, mine bit the dust last near allowing the caster to change significantly under load, especially the rears!

Everyone else got the big stuff.

per your list:
1 probably gone, life is short on this
2 upgrade not a bad idea
3 Glen Lee Motorsports handled mine last year, to include dyno eval.
4 rotors are based n preference, there are cheap ones that last a relatively long time
5 ??, i run CCW's so can't comment
6 absolutely, my car has had one since 05

Oh and don't forget to pay attention to trans mount, delvac, and shifter / cable options

Cheers have fun

Gadsby did you get you coolant lines fixed after they let loose at Road America? This should be everyone's first modification.

Off Topic: Are any of you Chicago GT3 dudes going to Road America for the PCA event on Monday/Tuesday?
