I'm thinking of adding bleeding brakes every other track day, at least to get the old fluid out of the calipers.
I always pressure wash, foam, then hand wash. Spend a lot of time on the wheels... wheel cleaner and rubber cleaner on tires. Use R3 for rubber marks, then a quick detailer spray.
depends on how **** you are.
my are washed the day after, wheels off, top bottom inside outside
on race cars , doors are removed as well to get to inside
i dont like dirt but then again my tow rig is cleaner than most ppl's garage queens ;-)
I have 6 track days 600+ track miles and it's sitting in the garage for 3 weeks and still covered in track goo and dirt. I feel naughty. And somewhat abusive.
I usually wash my car the day of right after a DE which can be exhausting. I love a clean car and can't stand the thought of all the rubber markets and bug tar on it.

I'm curious... who here washes their car ASAP after a DE?
While I don't mind my ride getting 'used' and dirty while participating in a DE... I can't stand the 'track filth' for long afterwards. I like to give it a nice bath the day after. However, I don't/haven't yet taken the time to remove the tire rubber 'battle scars'. I don't mind them. It's the dirt / brake dust / etc... that irks me.
If you care about the appearance of your wheels, clean the brake dust off sooner rather than later. If PFC dust is left on them for any length of time, it can be very difficult to remove.

Word....I used to use PF97s but when that dust got wet it was all but impossible to remove unless you did it RIGHT AWAY--finally bagged the PFs and went with Ctechs; they're cleaner and stop better. Clean/inspect the wheels inside and out then Nu-Finish.
+1 on the car wax--I hit it after every event (small car) with Meguiar's #26 and all the black streaks come right off.
I usually unload the car when I get home and wash the car the next day. I use R3 to get the rubber marring off, but just a quick cleanup since it's just going to get more rubber on it the next track event anyway. Also I'll remove the track wheels and replace with my street wheels. I'll inspect the wheels, tires, and brakes during the changeover, and measure measure pad material. I also do a thorough vacuum of the inside and clean everything up. I like to drive my car to work sometimes so I try to get it somewhat presentable for the week.

One of my track buddies would say that's the patina of a good life...
Well I often refer to my car as a dirty ***** at the track.
But I like my dirty ****** clean. They usually get washed up within a day or two of returning home. The old car is black, so it hid the dirt/rubber marks better than the new one, which is silver.
