Quick question, what tire sizes are you running on the track? Went back through the thread but could only find the CCW wheel sizes and that you are running NT01s. Thx!

235/40/18
315/30/18

Could have gone wider on the CCWs - might on the next set.

35 heat cycles along with driving to the track and back and they've finally corded. They were consistent, might ask around but most of the 911s that drive in are on NT01s or MPSCs. If they're trailered, almost 100% are on Hoosiers.

Ok, cool. I'm going with 245F/315R NT01's on a set of CCWs arriving this week. If you're running an 80mm difference with AWD then hopefully my C2 won't push too bad with 70mm.

I think you'll be fine but I admittedly don't know what the NB cars run. That sounds familiar but I'll take a closer look next time.

I have to stick to matching AWD tire circumferences to protect the front diff, which ironically might be coming out just as these tires end their life. If it wasn't for that, I'd go probably go much wider on both.

If you go this route it will be interesting to get your perspective on 2 vs 4 WD on these cars.

It really helps to have some defining feature amongst a sea of Porsche's when you are navigating through hundreds of photos. Yellow headlights on a dark car really stand out.

Finally found this photographer's photos from the Ridge day on 4.29.16:

And from 4.2.16

Great video of lapping with your father. Good to see another 4S owner tracking their car. I've had my old man on track as well. He lasted about 5 Laps at Sebring before he hit eject. Not always easy being a passenger .

New go fast parts getting installed while I'm out of town:

Clutch Masters FX250 Clutch/Pressure Plate
Aasco Lightweight Flywheel
OS Giken LSD

Will be sticking with the AWD setup for now to directly compare lap times on June 11/12th.

I'll post up some initial feel as well as video from the track. I should be able to post side by side numbers from my Aim Solo too to compare before and after at the Ridge.

During my last event at the Ridge, well over half of the turns and sections could benefit from the LSD both braking in and accelerating out. I run with the PSM off but you can still feel it tapping the front brakes or engine braking under hard acceleration in a few areas scrubbing speed. Should be a serious night a day difference under initial brake and exit throttle.

There's a baseline dyno from before the bug bite me. Need to get in sometime this summer to check on how this tune is performing - Working with EvoMS on a few things. Not convinced its maximizing the larger amount of air and exhaust throughout the band. Left foot braking is a trip!
