To follow up on my previous thread, I may have the first totaled GT4 from a parking lot accident. Still waiting for final assessment, but this damage here is already 60% of the MSRP.
Front tube got damaged, which requires the celette bench, hence the massive bill.
Cliff: Car wash at my residence manage to move the car a few levels and total the car in a parking garage.
Y'all savages I'm located in Canada, so part out isn't favourable for most of you.
It has buckets and only the essentials. Wheels are actually safe and sound in storage.
I was just told of the possibility because of the economic side to fix it; damage itself isn't even that bad.
I tried to do a search to see if there was anyone with experiences on here but didnt see any, sucks to hear there are others wrecked. Unfortunately for me, I didn't even wreck it.
Sorry to hear about this, especially since it was so unnecessary, rather than say an incident at the track. I know bumpers are in short supply for the GT4. Seems like the front could be fixed.
2nd in line for those buckets if they are parted out. Too soon?

Great, just what I wanted to hear. Do you know why there's a shortage of GT4 bumpers? Haha, it's never too soon I guess.

I agree, that's what I'm pushing for but it all comes down to the final $ for fixing it. Not unless I want to pay out of the *** for one anyways. Personally I love this car, but at a higher price point it's not the same value preposition.

No, I had this whole other thread where a lot of other members seemed to be calmer than I thought. I've gone through the whole "I'm going sue them for everything they are worth(not possible in Canada, especially Ontario) to just simply accepting it. The situation was a complicated one to begin with..The ways of life, I suppose... Oh, and it's been a month since it happened so I've had a lot of time to calm down.

I don't know the reason and admittedly this is second hand info from someone that helps a lot of his customers prep the GT4 Clubsport. I think maybe between the low production numbers and the fact that these cars are now being raced in professional racing series has caused a shortage.
