Turbo S Silver is nice but I think it would look better on a darker colored car.

Your options for painting them in Turbo S silver is either:

Protosport in New Jersey - Expensive (300$ per wheel) but very good quality work

or

Order the original RUF hyper silver paint from Germany and make it a DIY. The RUF paint I would say is something inbetween the original Würth silver paint and the OEM turbo S finish. So not all the way there but definately cheaper..

As a side note, is it really impossible to get some kind of paint code for the OEM turbo S paint?

Why is that this place is the only source in the world for turbo s wheel silver?

Gunmetal center with silver or polished lip would look nice.

I have Black center with polished lip on my 944.

Dunno mate. I did some research and it appears they are the only firm at the moment who can refinish wheels in the turbo s fashion. I don't think it's the machines/equipment they use that is the secret, but rather the prep work along with the right method for painting and moreover the correct paint code . The latter seems unobtainable I'm afraid

This guy can match the Turbo S hyper silver for only $180! Good taste in honeys too.

Thanks and agree with the good taste comment. Maybe it's his daughter, but if the wife, I would say he definitely did well for himself.

Cool, so its $180 per wheel vs. $300 per wheel @Protosport. Has anyone refinished their wheels at Wheelcollision? Quality of work?

You might check with Weidman's Wheels in Chico, CA. They have a good rep in this area and many years experience.
