Car is sold. Thanks to the support from the Rennlist community. Going to a great home in Texas where it can be driven year round.
Oh yeah, almost forgot.....to all who said it wouldn't, couldn't and shouldn't.....it did!
As the saying goes better to sit in silence and be thought a fool, than open ones' mouth and erase all doubt.

Congrats Rob, glad all parties are pleased with this one! Well, cept me, for wish could have had that, but 4 cars for 2 drivers is all my Wife can take...maybe when 3 oldest thru college can add an M3, shark, and other exotics to the stable.... Congrats again! Hal

i was just stating the denver's comment was BS and just to back up the OP on the pricing of this car. if the denver guy wanted to sell his 993TT i would be willing to pay for it now and bring it back to the east coast.
