Rhodium silver on a gt3
I saw this color on a Macan and was of the opinion that it looked fairly feminine on the car. I have seen several GT 3s in the for sale section’s in this color and it looks fairly attractive on the 991 body. Any opinions one way or the other. I’m torn between this and GT silver.

GT Silver is absolutely gorgeous and deep and rich silver. Rhodium is light and flatter. On a GT3 IMO, Rhodium would be my LAST choice!
Sorry.

Second that on GT Silver
Hence it's name choice by the factory.
Rhodium to rent a car of a palette for me .
Eyes are like fingerprints no two alike .
Do what makes smile and don't look back.

Currently last on the color poll.
I think it looks sharp. But GT Silver is darker and no blue (tints beige/brown if anything).
I like the Long hood era metallic silver best and there are a couple silvers on the PTS list, but I have never seen anyone order a PTS Silver.

I had a Rhodium Silver 991 C4S. Loved the color.
For me, Rhodium is more silver than GT Silver, which to me always looked more gray than silver.

Had a Rhodium 991 4S. Was gorgeous. The blue undertones were almost iridescent in afternoon light.
Why do people think brownish silver is nicer than bluish silver on a sports car?
Because Rhodium had more "color" to it, I always thought it looked best with multiple colors on the car (red interior, yellow calipers, ORANGE turning signals).
GT looks better with black accents. It is also my understanding that the true racing colors of the GT program are flat (Gaurds, white, black, etc...).
I would be happy with a Rhodium GT3!
Having said that, trying Sapphire this go round.

Color is such a personal choice; i like Rhodium. I’ve never seen a GT3 in that color, suspect it would be great looking. My RS is GT Sliver and it’s a great color. I wanted a different color for my GT3 so chose Carmine...but I put Rhodium on my radar and online configuration quite a few times. Perhaps someone can dig up some pics?
