Default Legal? Headlight film

Okay so for some reason I like that yellow headlight look. Think it's legal in Alberta?

I did a check on google and saw some nice examples of the yellow, and there was even a post of the same question with a Canadian of all people answering saying it is not.

it's not legal in alta or bc. both provinces have sections in their motor vehicle act that prohibit putting any film or cover or the driving lights, and also prohibits changing the colors of the headlights.

some cars has (legal) yellow running lights or fog lights from the factory.
