I brought my o 911 for an inspection to Eurasia. They claimed, they had to rebuild the brakes an reseal the engine ( seeps very mildly,which is quite normal for an aircooled 911) and asked for 3600 dollars to get it done. Then I brought the car to another garage in Edmonton, which could not find any defects at the brakes and agreed,that the mild seepage would be normal.

Have you asked them why they think an engine reseal and brake rebuild is necessary? Hope it all turns out for you.
