Horrendous shop, would not return.

BMW sure, but don't masquerade as European specialists when they don't know what overrevs are

Price also changed three times without any authorization

Missed many simple items

 

That's very disappointing to hear. They used to be a fantastic shop, with the founders being active members of the local Porsche club. I knew that they had retired and the business was being run by new management but was unaware that the quality of the shop's service had slipped. My apologies.
