Default Spring Classic wreaks havoc on poor Barney

So despite turning my fastest lap in good old Barney at a 1:51.01 (LCMT), we never finished a race.
Started 6, finished 0
The count:
-4 broken drive shafts and or boot
-1 exploded coolant hose
-one race with 2 cars on fire and i finished in the pits with an overheating car

I think we know what the drive shaft problem is (finally) so I hope to have that sorted for the next race.

Here is some in car of the GT Challenge race starting from the back and moving up until a drive shaft breaks.

Nice driving Chris - bummer about the mechanicals.

Between Dwane banging trannies and you having issues with your shaft, uh, well, uh, hmm, never mind...

Dylan blew by me with Barney coming out of turn 8 ... I think i'm going to stop
putting German parts in my race car and start morphing in some Japanese goodies

Tough weekend for Chris, they were next to me in the paddocks and they did a lot of wrenching !

Cheers

Hehe...that Civic is putting down about 270 to the wheels these days. That second Mustang must of had something wrong because I can normally pass him out of 8 but he has a dad line and I just edge past him and stay on the inside to 10. That was not normal... The other one (white) is faster than me but I can get him in the tighter corner and under braking.
The mazda driver is known to umm..."move" people so i was being quite cautious and waiting for a good time to try something...until i broke.
Regardless, it was a fun weekend. Hopefully July will bring better luck.
See you guys at LCMT soon.

You might get to the front with that.

508HP...
