Default Renting a Place in Montreal

Can any of the Montreal rennlisters point me in the general direction of how to find a house/split level for rent in montreal? All i can find are apartments, but i'd like to believe that there is a house with a garage for rent somewhere for not obscene amounts.

Looking for something on the hill/in or near outremont/basically not too far from downtown.

If houses arn't really an option, I am willing to accept an apartment/loft with a service elevator big enuff to bring a small-ish motorcycle into the apartment (yep..my priorities are just that screwed up ).

thanks in advance.

.5 mean a bathroom
So 3.5 mean 3 rooms (this include bedroom, living room, kitchen etc.) and a bathroom.

You can also look at LaPresse

I know there's some brokers that does search, but I don't know any.
