Looking for a high end tire shop that can patch a small hole. I prefer to use the dealership for tire work as independent shops always seem to chip or scratch my wheel's powder coat but the dealership will not do any tire repair. Ideally I would like to find a shop that has a fully automated Hunter machine.

Elite Roads, they repair wheels, do tires, have wheels. I use them for tire mounting on my 3 piece $1000+ Per rim, no issues! They are a high end rim shop.
