Look further down or search this forum. This question has been posed many times with a bunch of recommendations. If you want to drive up here (Ft. Laud/Palm Beach), there are a few good shops.

I'd try Gulf Performance up in Pompano Beach...about 30 minutes drive from Miami but it's worthy...

A little close to Miami you also have Butch Stokes Porsche... I don't know personally but he has a great reputation... a bit $$$ I heard...

They moved just down the road from the original location.
Butch does occasionally do 911 engine rebuilds there.
