plenty of shops in the Pompano beach area. (Champion Motorsports, TuneRS, USP, AWD, FVD)
The closest to Miami Beach that I know of in in Doral - flat6motorworks
You also have NGT in the North Miami beach area, but that's more of a race team not exactly a tuner

btw, Richard Danvers in Hallandale (just west of I-95 and Hallandale Beach Blvd) is not a tuner, but he knows how to turn a wrench to make a Porsche's loud pedal work quite well.

I used Foreign Affairs Motorsports in Pompano, worked out great!
