Hi everyone, i recently purchased a 993 c2 cabrio. It should be getting here this friday. I wont be able to go to this meet though since i have to study for my MCAT exam that i take the 28th. Im part of the BMW community here in Sofla but i would really like to meet you guys. Do you normally meet?

We will have a roll call based on the names / user ID's on this list
at both meeting points, so please be sure to respond to the name
that you given.

Here is a recap of the run...

The schedule is to arrive there at 10am to 10:30am
as a complete group with excusive designated parking for us.

This year we will be accompanied by our Gold Coast region pf PCA.

There will be 2 meeting points.
For the members from Fort Lauderdale and north, we will be meeting at:
7:30am
84 Diner
11432 West State Road 84, Davie, FL 33325

For Miami members, the Fort Lauderdale group will drive down and meet you at:
8:15am
The Snapper Creek service plaza on the Turnpike. (southbound)

Once we are all at Snapper Creek Plaza, we will depart as one large group
promptly at 8:40am to Key Largo.

The Big Chill Restaurant is at mile marker 104.
They will have a fantastic brunch waiting for us. The cost is $20 per person,
which includes tax and tip. This year the cost will need to be paid
in advance at the Snapper Creek plaza. We wont be able to take credit
cards here so It will be cash only.

If you want to use a credit card, please go to
http://www.clubregistration.net
register with the website (you dont need to be a PCA member)
Then go to the "my events page", look for the "organization" drop down,
Then the "club" drop down", select "Gold Coast Region PCA".
Next select the "events" drop down, then click search.
The first event shown is the Key Largo Run.
You can pay the $20 per person online with a credit card.
The deadline is tomorrow 1/12/2011 by 5PM.

Once paid you will receive a wrist band to enter Big Chill at your meeting
point (84 Diner or Snapper Creek Plaza.)

One Last very important post....

This is now a VERY large event with 90 people expected from both PCA & Rennlist.
Beena Kohly, who is helping with the restaurant logistics has asked me to pass on the following:

"I just got off the phone with Mark Charles from the Big Chill restaurant in Key Largo.
He is going to prepare brunch for the amount of people I have registered only.
If some people were to just show up, there may not be a space for them, so it is very important that
by tomorrow I have the final numbers.
I will be calling him with that final number tomorrow and we will not accept anyone else after that time.
Again, the Big Chill is only catering for the number I give them and no more. So if possible, please let
me know ASAP if those registered will be in fact bringing a friend as well."

OK guys,
For those already on the confirmed list above, please let me know by 5PM today if you will be bringing
a guest. For anyone not on the list and want to join in, again the dealine is 5pm today.

Earlier today I got a call from Capt B - he said PCA told him he would not be able to take part in the event.
Now he's apparently on the list. I am just guessing that he told them the "Little Princess" is Danny Ocean's nickname.
