Destinations: Alabama Jack's off Card Sound Road or BBQ in Clewiston (Lake Okeechobee)

Alabama Jacks on the weekend will be packed with bikers and its 2 hrs from palm beach....on the other hand the blue crab cakes and conch fritters cant be beat.Clewiston bbq for me is better but the love bugs will be bad.Im for clewiston as the drive will be more interesting and i would like to see the lake in its current condition.

I love that place, stop at it whenever I'm going to the keys. The really neat thing about AJ's is that all sorts of people mingle there without any problems. Hardcore bikers, fans of American vehicles...come over to kids on wild Hondas and wind up sitting behind the bars.
The waitresses are kind of average looking, and the food is kind of greasy...but you can't beat the setting or the company-

That works! Now we have a firm date. Then, those of us with boats can take part in a raft-up on July 14 on Fort Lauderdale's Lake Sylvia (the basin just south of Bahia Mar's fuel docks) - think of it as Porsches by the Sea.....
