- Porsche knowledge; 997.2 platform in particular and PDK
- Quality of work
- Equipment and tooling, including PWIS
- Cost

Festina, everything they ever did to or on my cars was pricey, which is not necessarily bad, but then something occurred that made me look elsewhere.
But that was just me; I would hope they'd treat you right.

I now do my own basic maintenance and leave the heavy lifting to PWB. A lift and a durametric were money well spent, IMO. Take your car to whomever you trust.
