Not sure if this belongs here.

I received a private email from a Reenlist member seeking some help. I composed a reply but when I went to send it I got this message:

has chosen not to receive private messages or may not be allowed to receive private messages. Therefore you may not send your message to him/her.

I do not want the person to think I am ignoring his request for help but I do not know how to contact him other than to do so I guess on one of the public forums and hopes he sees the message and responds. I would prefer not to do this as he elected to contact me privately.

Any other suggestions?
