As the title says, my threads don't show pictures anymore! I have kept my membership up to date (just renewed a few weeks ago), so am I doing something wrong, or did the admin allow my membership status to change to user?

I've noticed this too -- attached images now show as attachments instead of inlining them. I assume this was not intentional?

 

Glad to see it isn't only me (I think). It seems to be somewhat random though, as some pictures appear, others need the link clicked on (as if you are not logged in to the site).

Me 5. Annoying as Hell. The inconsistency.

Functionally, though, there are times when I would like all pictures expanded inline and times when I would prefer thumbnails. Mostly the former though.

The non-inline inclusion of attached pictures is reducing the value of rennlist considerably. It's now impossible to follow a DIY thread with both text and pictures without jumping through hoops.

Yes, it's nice for preserving bandwidth on cellular devices but it's a steaming pile of streck when you're on a hard line.

There needs to be an OPTION to in-line or thumb-nail the pictures on a thread-by-thread basis.

Ok. So, if you hot link it's still in-line, but attached image files are rendered useless.

IB must be short on disk space.

 

Same here. Each post just shows links to the pictures. I thought my options changed.

Please correct.

Is IB activily trying to discourage folks uploading files? Or have they just not yet gotten 'round to breaking the IMG tag?

 

trying to share photos from Daytona, now I'm getting thumbnails posted on some, the other ones I did show attachments...what's going on??
