How do i change the privacy setting to add photos from library?

When I try to add to album. choice of camera or library and I hit library, I get a response that privacy settings need to be changed. Cannot find where to change privacy setting.

So you are trying to upload a picture from your computer into your rennlist photo album and getting this error message?
It sounds like the problem is with your computer, not rennlist.
You need to change the settings on your computer's account so it allows sharing of files.
Try searching thru the Microsoft Help library > Start menu > Help - assuming you are running a PC.
