I'm not whining, I'm trying to solve a problem. I followed everyone's instructions and they didn't work. Sometimes you just want to add to the thoughts without posting a second time right under your last post.

After a preset time period after creating a post (not sure exactly, but around 2-3 months) the system prevents editing of posts.
