Can I get my previous user name deleted?? I used my "real" name which appears in google searches.

Old account with your real name renamed to sturm_old and deleted. This way, next time Google crawls this site it will update their index to reflect the changes.
Until then their cache (and other board readers or search engines) may still contain posts with the original name.

Your user name can be changed (not deleted).
