Was just wondering if it is possible to have that the bar that has the "User CP FAQ Calander New Posts..." at the bottom of the threads also. There are times when at the bottom of the page for a long thread and have to scroll all the way to the top to use it. It might be helpful to have it on the bottom too.

I'll point your suggestion out to John and see what he thinks.... If its not a programming nightmare for him he probably wouldn't mind doing it .
