Thanks Jenn. Unfortunately, bad fortune has struck my friend. No more than 12 hours after taking delivery of his C4, he was rear-ended by a drunk. The car is a total loss and my friend is a little banged up, aggrivating an old injury... When he finds his replacement, I'll use your instructions. Thank you!

That's awful! I feel so bad for your friend. That's no way to be welcomed to the Porsche world. Hopefully, your friends recovers quickly and the insurance company is cooperative.
