Hi there.
I renewed my subscription on april 20th and a fee of $32 was charged my credit card?
but just received two messages that my memebership had expired.
please let me know.

chances are you moved from a one year to a two year and our system considers then entirely separate items, rather than ‘stacking’ them on top of one another.
