Help with uploading a profile picture

I am trying to add a profile picture (87Kb, 366x366 pixels, jpeg) but every time I get a "file upload failure" message when I click "save". Not sure what I am doing wrong...?

make sure you are adding an avatar, not a profile picture. it's possible your jpeg is a webp. which is why it's failing. try converting to a .png.
