So why are all gifs that are uploaded to RL limited to only 3 frames?

 

I'm working to find out the answer to this. It's super weird.

 

Still slaving away in the salt mines on this one?

And I haven't tried it, but I'm assuming that gifv are also out of the question at this point.

hah. I've got the domain, the twitter, a tattoo and quite the collection of stuff. grew up loving the show and when I signed up for ICQ that's the nickname which stuck.

separately I got an update from tech that they have figured out what happened with gifs and they will be resolving it with our next software release.

looks like .gifs are fixed, even if the pop-ups aren't yet.

hey Mark, while the editor makes it appear as though you can copy images from your clipboard to it, unfortunately when you submit the post it epically fails. You have to use the image upload button to make it work properly. We are working to resolve this confusion.

 

Whether I copy and paste or attach a GIF, this is what I see in my preview. I've also now lost the ability to edit my own post in the previous post, although I can edit others' posts.

Will try this on Chrome. On FF now.

<edit> We posted at the same time, Robb. Apparently, I can edit this but not the GIF one. Sorry, was going to trim back all of that garbage text. Uploaded attachments don't work for me, either.
