Default Stopped receiving Rennlist emails.

To Whom It May Concern:


As of last week, I have stopped receiving the daily email digests from the forums to which I am subscribed.

I tried logging out then in, unsubscribing then subscribing, checked junk folder (gmail) -- nothing.

Can you guys check things out?

Email digests from the forums? Didn't know there was such a thing.

You sure you don't mean the email list? But then that has been turned off for quite some time now.

No, not the email lists - although I wish they were still going, much better than a web forum.

Anyway, you can subscribe to a specific forum (Racing and DE for example). Then you can select to receive daily or weekly emails containing the new or updated threads.

This is what I am not receiving. It has worked for years, and all of the sudden it has stopped. . . .

I received an email notification from the PM Randy sent me alerting me to this thread. Curious if I will get notification of further responses in here?

Hello Robb. So, I still have not received the daily emails.

I did receive an email informing me of your reply to this thread, but did not receive the forum updates.

When I stopped receiving the emails, I had not changed anything with RennList, or my email addresses.

Odd . . .

Thanks, I got the notification of your response immediately. I will have to ask the tech team to take a look under the hood to see why forum updates aren't being sent. Sorry for the inconvenience!

I can't tell who your email service provider is, but I can only assume our messages are being blocked at a server level if they aren't in your spam folder. I can confirm the emails are being sent out, but I am not able to view the bounce logs to absolutely confirm.

JBreckeen,

The reason you stopped getting email notifications is that the box requesting them in your user profile was set to "No". Now set to getting daily email updates. You can change this yourself by clicking on User CP in the upper left corner of any page and looking at your settings/options.
