Default TPMS issue

TPMS indicates good pressure on passenger side tires and no pressure on drivers side. Any ideas?

How old are your TPMS units? The units last approx 5 years.

They have never been replaced. I have a high level of mechanical ability. Is this something that can been done by the owner?

The units in the wheels are easy to swap but often times the receiving unit is the culprit.

What are the typical signs that TPMS is going to conk off ?. I recently moved to Nevada and my TPMS is showing a difference of 3-4 psi between the tires of the L vs R side (could be real), but then sometimes the gap narrows or even equalizes to 1. Occasionally, it does not show the pressure on the affected side for a few minutes. My TPMS might be getting old, since car is a MY 2009, dont know if the dealer changed it when I bought it about a year ago.
