Is there a way to customize what shows up on the forum homepage when you sign in?

So if you wanted to remove a bunch of stuff so that the sections you visit most are prominently displayed in order at the top for instance?

 

Not really, other than bookmarking specific forums.

This forum view page is a good one to bookmark as it shows all forums neatly organized by type while eliminating the frames view:
