I have tried to change my Avatar several times but with no success. Keep getting a notice that it failed to upload. I am using a Mac but was successful the first time around when I uploaded the avatar I am currently using from the same computer and file. Any ideas? Thanks, John

For some reason the system sends an 'upload failed' message but the change actually takes place.

Are you still experiencing problems?
