I have been having trouble deleting files from my member website. Is there any guidance or actions to correct this?

Let me take a look at mine and see if I have the same problem...

 

I'm able to delete files.

Click the radio button next to the file name you want to delete, then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Delete button.

It appears you can only delete one file at a time, however.

 

I'll give it another shot.

 

Any luck?
