Having trouble figuring out how to update to member status

Everyone, apologies for any errors, we will personally address each one. Renee will take over, and make sure everyone get's straightened away. Really unclear at all, why those who have renewed, were not shown as on current subscriptions. I can clearly see the renewals in the transaction log via Paypal.

It's starting to appear as if those who subscribed/renewed using authorize.net are more likely to have an issue today. You could try searching your email for anything from 'rennlist billing' perhaps?

I am having same issue too.... however I deleted everything from my mailboxes here as it said 97% full and I thought that was the problem. Not sure when my renewal date is/was. But this morning I was able to access Off Topic... now I am unable..

This happened to me too. My renewal date usually isn't until August - which since that was a few months ago, figured "Huh maybe I just forgot to renew?" I searched through my email inbox and couldn't find a receipt so I went ahead and renewed.
When I got the billing confirmation from "Rennlist billing" I did another search (now that I know who the appropriate "from" name is on the email) and sure enough I found my renewal confirmation back on 8/20/12 where I renewed for 2 years.
If you can confirm I'm subscribed for 3 years then I'm fine, leave it, I don't plan on going anywhere anytime soon.
If you need me to FWD the confirmation emails to you, let me know where to send them.

My account has issues
Today my PM's all of the sudden show as 100% full and I can no longer access OT or send PM's. My status still shows "Rennlist Member" so I'm a little confused. Any help is appreciated.

Me too. I'm a lifetime member, and was on this morning with full access. I just logged back in, and OT, firearms, etc. sections are now gone, my status still shows as lifetime member.
Edit: And I see 10 minutes later it's now user. What is going on? Who do I direct an inquiry to, IB or John?

I checked our logs and I am unable to locate a subscription or payment. Do you have anything you can send me, a receipt or something indicating that you did subscribe?
