Why does this picture look so bad?
It started out as a 433 KB JPEG, 1600X1200 pixels. I used "Resize" at 50% in Office Picture Manager, now it's 800 X 600 and 130 KB. It looks good if I open it with Paint or Picture Manager.

www.imageshack.us lets you upload pics up to 1024kb.
from there you can use them as your webhost at full scale
