...but the file size was not allowed. I browsed through the "New Visitor" thread and could not find tips on posting pics. Can someone guide me in the right direction.

P.S. - I am a Rennlist member...my designation just hasn't been updated yet.

You will need to resize the photo to smaller than 200kb. Most photo programs will give you an option to risize the photo. Resize it to either smaller over all size or pixel density, and "save as" a new pic so you don't lose the original. Upload the new pic and then follow the directions on that page to post.

Try clicking on properties and changing the resolution or change from 24 bit color to 8 bit. Or if you can crop the image
