uploading photos from Mac laptop test

it didn't work... says Your file "448BAC34-EF93-4A79-982C-388BD0AA3932.heic" could not be uploaded. It is not an accepted file type.

any ideas?

.heic files are not supported by our uploader, you will need to convert the image.
