Where did "manage attachments" go. try to post a pic. No option to attach?

Click on the "go advanced" button at the bottom and then use the paperclip icon.

You can also use the "image" icon. Click on the icon of a landscape, navigate to your attachment and upload. It no longer has to be an image (I just tested this with an Excel file - it will upload to your post, but you can't see/manage it unless you click Advanced)

We need to re-label the image upload button, it is now the 'upload everything' button, we recently united the separate uploads in the backend.
