Can't get PM's

I just joined and I'm having a difficult time accessing a PM. Please help.

I also have this issue - much searching finally found the FAQ's and an entry about this issue - need to post 3 public posts prior to being allowed to PM. will follow with the FAQ link if I can find it again.
