Nothing ever arrived and now he refuses to answer calls or texts. And has the item I purchased still listed for sale with the same picture.
Lesson learned on my end, just want to make sure nobody else gets suckered.

That said, I had an old timer in WI mail me a 400.00 part and said when I got it and if I liked it send him a check.
I had another guy send me an owners manual for an early aircooled car for free. Even paid the postage and wouldnt accept payment. I had posted "looking for manual" on the site. He said he had two and only needed one.
This guy will get his due.
I have hope for our race. Like always there are a few bad apples.

Problem with paypal is that then the seller has the same problem. I would take paypal from someone with history on this board (up to a point), but definitely not from some random on Kijiji (at least not for any significant amount of money), since paypal dispute scams have become so common. Had a guy try to pull one on me when I sold my Z4 a couple weeks ago actually.
