Default Escrow service

does Anybody on here use an Escrow service when buying or selling a car?
The buyer is nervous so I suggested Escrow service, escrow.com was recommended by custom broker as their clients have used them and been happy. Online they have some bad reviews.
I asked my lawyer and he does not have a US account so does not want to do it. Found RBC does it but can't get hold of them, left them a message.
have any of you guys used an escrow service you are happy with?

fyi they hold the money until both parties are satisfied goods have been delivered.

Escrow.com is legit, looks like it is also copied by a lot of fraud artists using fake escrow services to dupe people.

I used Escrow.com when purchasing a domain name within the last month. Everything went smoothly.

Escrow service? Try backpage.com or one of the more established services in Toronto would probably be safer.

But seriously, I have used this before for software deals to hold source code and/or funds based on milestone/objectives. Never used for a car... small amount for an escrow in my opinion.

Usually the lawyer who writes the agreement recommends the escrow agent. There are plenty as it's a common practice.

...also... stop sending OUR good cars to the US please! ;-)
