Ha! That was actually an experiment I was doing to see if I could drive it in that tight of a space. When we built the house, the land wasn't wide enough for a standard 10 ft bay, so I had to settle for an 8 footer. I decided to build a wall between the two car bay and the small one to keep the garbage cans and bikes out of sight. We didn't park our DD's in the garage at that time, so it made sense. One winter I didn't have any special cars, so we parked our DD's in the garage and got spoiled. Bought a lift to solve the problem, but still looking for ways to fit another car in

It actually fits ok, I just need to take down the wall or add another door...

He came back after his suspension, and was banned shortly after... nobody knows why, or actually seems to care.
The moderators should just let him come back...

Yeah, I can thank the builder for that work of art! They finished drywalling the entire garage and installed the doors before they even started the divider wall. Great planning!

No...the garage guys are paid to drywall the garage on piecework, so that's what they did. The builder needed to pour the cub before they could frame the divider. That came weeks after the garage was complete (otherwise). The divider wasn't completed until a few days before we took possession. I followed up on that damn wall almost daily because I wanted to make sure that the curb was poured so they did't drywall right to the floor. Also, the garage doors were hung long before any of the drywall was done, so that crew likely never even knew that there was going to be a dividing wall. Gotta love tract homes
