I'm looking at renting a workshop as I need a little more space for a couple on-going projects and storage.

I found this up on the mountain in Stoney Creek.
42' x 32' steel hangar, with electricity, insulated but no heat. Unit can be heated with a portable heater while there 12' or 14' electric folding steel door with built in entrance door.

Each unit is $625 per month, one left now, 20 more being built in the spring.

Share half of the space 21'x 32'each for $300ish per month, I will lease the unit.

Anyways I'm going to check the unit out on Saturday.

Why can't this be on the east side of the GTA?!?! I would be in without hesitation if it was closer... My shop is now too small... only took 4 months to be too small!

Sorry, wish we were closer.

Alternatively if I end up taking the unit I will have space to store 4-5 cars in the half I won't be using. $100 per month per car.

There was someone on the PCA website looking for people to rent garage space with a lift. It was in Etobicoke though.

Ya I saw that before, but looking for something that I can get to with minimal traffic. But for someone close that would be a good deal, if I remember correct it was $500 per month.

Good to know... I will keep that in mind. What kind of access will you provide for storage?? Meaning, if I swap cars once a month, can you accommodate? How many different people will have access without your presence?

If I was storing multiple cars I would prefer to limit access for everyone's security. If you could do your monthly switch in the evening I could simply meet you at the unit. If you were the only one storing I have no problem giving you a key, or maybe one more person as well if we all feel comfortable with each other.

Anyways, I will see the unit on Saturday and go from there.
