Cars & Coffee at Porsche Center Oakville - Oct 22nd: 9 to 11 am

No one has posted this, so I figured that I'd give everyone here a heads up as the May event was awesome with close to 100 cars turning out, including a Singer, RWB and a few RUFs.

The event takes place today from 9 to 11.

Thanks would have loved to have gone. I would have thought since I bought from them I would be on the mailing list but guess not.

I was on my way to the cars and coffee, love this event as it's only 5kms from my house. Pulling out of my driveway I got a 'reduced engine power' light, rough idling and limited RPM range. Since I'm on my way there I decide to drop the car in at service as the car was CPO'd and I have about 12 months left in warranty.

The car is 2012 4GTS and has been meticulously maintained and only has ~40000kms on it. Strikes me that it's probably the HPFP but I figured that would have been sorted by now. Any other thoughts? Also, do dealerships give you a loaner for this type of situation?

Access to the 918 was very cool. I spent about 10 minutes checking out every detail as the car was on the hoist due to a recall. Nice to see all the toys one last time before hibernation.
