I've dealt with both Auto Import on Woodward drive and Metric Auto around the corner on Clyde Ave. They are both competent and good to deal with.

I'm currently dealing with Metric, primarily because you get to talk directly with the guy who'll be doing the service and don't have go through a Service Manager.

I wasn't impressed with Auto Import... They wanted to charge more than the dealer (Mark Motors) for a rebuilt alternator.

I tow/drive my car to Kingston for major repairs and yearly service.
