My Uncle bought a 650S from Pfaff McLaren and it was a great experience; it's actually a great story about the contrast between that and the service he received at Maranello Ferrari. Essentially ignored by Ferrari and treated as if he was inconveniencing them. He walked into Pfaff without an appointment and unqualified, they let him test drive a 650S and they even took his son out. Ordered one on the spot and they delivered to him, he lives about 5 hours from the GTA, for any service they come pick it up on a covered flatbed. A very positive experience.
