If there's any 993 owners who can share their thoughts on a PSS10 or Koni FSD system on meet day I would greatly appreciate the input to make a decision. Stuck with the NA height currently and would love to make a educated choice and get away from the SUV attached. lol
Is everyone still meeting at Vega road or have things changed?
Could not bare to put these 18's on without new shocks and struts..lol (sorry about the focus!)
Probably will not make the Vega
I use the Pss10
must be close to 10 years
I have them set at RS +10
you need to see the actual measurement points to set correctly
I used M030 sways front and back, car rides firm but not jarring
check out my pics for the ride height
@ Czechered Flag - Unfortunately, I do not have a 993, but I do have the Koni FSD / Special Active installed on my 986 Boxster. I had considered them for my 996, but had sold the car to a new owner, so the FSDs never materialized.
I run my car for street only, and is a daily driver, so I can't speak for its capabilities on the track. I absolutely love them, and will buy them again should I ever need shocks for a car under my ownership. Keep in mind, I left my car stock height as I decided I no longer wanted to avoid speed bumps but also enjoy a nice ride quality. I am of the opinion that the Koni FSD is not a fair comparison to the PSS10s as they have the ability to adjust ride heigh. More so, the technical characteristics between the two suspension systems are very different. I understand that some vendors might sell an "out of the box" Koni FSD / Special Active kit which comes with lowering springs, but I could be wrong. I've seen Paragon Products and Gert @ Carnewal sell them with the M030/M033 lowering springs.
If you are interested in giving them a try, let me know via PM, and I will make it out to the Saturday meet for you to test it out.

WOW, can't believe it's been so long! And I won't even be there this Saturday...got to go pick up this little guy who is the newest addition to the family. I'll have to stop by your work someday to say hello. You still at JRP?

Thanks for the offer - good to hear another positive thought on the Koni's
