I watched the video a few times. The traffic is actually moving at a decent pace, so to accuse the driver of going onto the sidewalk to bypass some cars is ridiculous. The driver clearly made a mistake. However, he/she must have realized it pretty quickly (the biker heading your way?) and instead of backing out decided ro make a run for it. For that, they pay the price of public shame and we are guilty by RICO.

This was sent to me by my neighbour. Anyone that knows me and knows that I drive a P-car tends to send me as much P-car bashing stuff as they can find. Envy is a b-itch!
