porsche on sidewalk

 

I watched the video a few times. The traffic is actually moving at a decent pace, so to accuse the driver of going onto the sidewalk to bypass some cars is ridiculous. The driver clearly made a mistake. However, he/she must have realized it pretty quickly (the biker heading your way?) and instead of backing out decided ro make a run for it. For that, they pay the price of public shame and we are guilty by RICO.
