If you feel you don't have enough noise Sharkwerks exhaust.
If you want better handling and turn in E U Autowerks alignment.

Congratulations. The 991 GT3 is as good as most people say it is! Very fast, amazing handling/grip, yet still can scare you with oversteer if you're not careful and mash the throttle on corner exit on track with the stability control/traction control turned off. Of course, you can drive it in bumper to bumper traffic with comfort and ease too. Love it!
The PTV plus and rear wheel steering does not interfere with the driving experience at all. As seamless as a limited slip differential or AWD set-up shifting torque to different axles/wheels.
